You may use our website to learn about our venue, see our pricing, and send us requests. You agree not to misuse the website, try to break into it, or use it for anything illegal.

We work to keep the prices and details on our website accurate and up to date. Prices, packages, and available dates can change without notice. Sending a tour request or a date request does not reserve a date. A date is only booked once you sign a rental agreement with us and pay the required deposit.

All event bookings are covered by a separate written rental agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

For full weddings, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking, and the rest is due 60 days before the wedding. Elopements are paid in full at booking, and that payment is non-refundable.

Program description: When you check a consent box on one of our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Madison Hill Chapel & Events Center at the phone number you provided. We offer two separate types of messages, and you choose each one with its own checkbox:

• Non-marketing messages about tour scheduling, event inquiries, and booking updates
• Marketing messages, such as special offers, discounts, and event updates

Consent is not a condition of booking or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any more messages unless you sign up again.
